What do I do if I have lost my log-in details?

If you have lost any of your log-in details email us at ihg.businessaccount@atos.net or call us on 0845 603 2513 and we will arrange for a new log-in to be set up.

Can I view my statement online?

Yes, by logging into your account online you'll be able to view your statement for the current month and also the previous 12 months. You can also see transactions that have been processed but not yet billed and which are due to appear on next month's statement.

Can I get management information reports?

Yes, you can request two reports to be emailed to you from the website:

  • Cardholder Spend Analysis – shows you the amount spent by hotel, within a specified period of time, at cardholder level. It also provides an average transaction value. The report is available on a monthly basis and shows the spend analysis for the current month.
  • Statement Analysis – provides an overview of each statement value, date and payment type on a monthly basis. The report shows a rolling 12-month overview of summary statement data.
